EmergeReady Solutions, LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate or restrict your access to the Site, related services, or any portion of them at any time and without notice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Alabama for disputes arising out of or relating to your use of the Site.
